We wish that everyone coming to our holiday cottage has an enjoyable time.
Please let us know promptly if there are any problems on your holiday, so that we can make every effort to solve them, where reasonably possible.
1.Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the property. Please use the receptacles provided for disposal of butts on the decking at the front and rear of the property
2. All utility charges, council tax, water, gas and electricity are included
3.In no circumstances may the cottage be occupied by more than six people plus one infant (maximum 2 years) in a travel cot. The owners reserve the right to refuse or terminate admission if these conditions are not observed.
4.A maximum of one medium sized dog is allowed in the property at any time. A surcharge is payable
5.Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
6.Access to the burn or the land above the cottages is not for holidaymakers use and visitors are strongly advised not to explore this area and make sure that their children also do not venture here. To do so will be at your own risk.
7.The cottage must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.
8.You undertake to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition as found.
9.You agree to refrain from doing anything that may cause a nuisance or annoyance to occupiers of the other cottages or neighbouring properties
10.We reserve the right to enter the property in case of emergency maintenance or repair.
11.You are responsible for any breakage's or damage, and must inform the cottage manager as soon as practically possible.
12.The owners reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered after guests have departed.
